Terms of Service

By accessing statiproof.com or using the StatiProof service — whether to create a creator profile, browse the directory, or generate a media kit — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

StatiProof is an audience certification platform for content creators. It allows creators to have their Instagram and TikTok statistics (followers, engagement rate) verified and to expose their certified profile to brands through a public directory.

By creating a profile on StatiProof, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information (username, platform, declared statistics, niche, country).
• Not use fake followers, bots, or any artificial audience inflation technique.
• Accept that your profile and associated data are public and accessible to registered brands.
• Not impersonate another creator or submit a profile for an account you do not manage.
• Update your information if it changes significantly, especially in case of a change of niche or main platform.

By accessing the StatiProof directory, brands agree to:

• Use creator data only for legitimate commercial prospecting — no resale, no use for discrimination or harassment.
• Not mass contact creators without their consent (spam).
• Respect the contact conditions indicated in each profile.

StatiProof certification attests that at the time of verification, the declared statistics match the public data observed on the platform. It is valid at the time it is issued. StatiProof updates data at most every 7 days but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

It is prohibited to use StatiProof to:

• Scrape or automatically copy directory data for resale or to build a competing database.
• Submit false statistics with the intent to obtain a fraudulent certification.
• Circumvent verification systems or attempt to modify certified data.
• Use the platform to distribute illegal content or content infringing third-party rights.
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation.

StatiProof provides the service as-is, without guarantee of continuous availability. We are not responsible for commercial decisions made based on displayed data or the results of collaborations. Our liability is limited in all cases to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless a legal provision applicable to consumers provides otherwise.

StatiProof reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Creators who have provided an email will be notified 15 days before any material change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
